Order Process
Simply go to your desired product and select the specific product options available. There will be several options available to you. Please select these and add to the shopping cart. With our products as a rule it is the higher the quantity you enter, the lower the price per unit becomes.
Templates
Templates are free to download on each product page or click here to find the template you require from our templates page. They are available is three different formats, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and PDF files. When saving these files with your required artwork, please remove all guide layers so what you save is ready for us to print with. With printing we require your files to be 300DPI in resolution and also in the CMYK format.
Uploads
Once you have paid for your order and checked out on the website you will be taken to the uploads page. Here you can upload your artwork and attach it to your order. We prefer for you to have used our templates to save time on your artwork being approved for printing. If you lose the page do not worry, the upload link will also be on your email confirmation.
Dispatch Dates
If your order is placed and artwork approved before 2pm Monday to Friday then your order will be dispatched the very same day. Any orders placed and artwork approval after 2pm will be dispatched the following weekday. For orders placed after 2pm on Friday and Saturday or Sunday, these will be dispatched the following Monday.
Delivery Time / Courier
As standard, all our products are dispatched with next day delivery using Parcel Force. In the checkout process you are able to upgrade your delivery with different timed options available. Please note that we are unable to guarantee next day delivery to certain post codes. This will be stated in the checkout process when you enter your post code. For certain post codes, couriers only give us a two day option.
